By accessing and using Stencil AI ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Stencil AI is an AI-powered service that converts uploaded images into stencil formats suitable for various crafting and artistic applications. The service includes:

  • •Download and sharing features
  • •User account management
  • •Premium features and subscriptions

3. User Account

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • •Maintain the security of your password
  • •Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • •Create stencils from illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • •Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI algorithms

5. Content Ownership and Rights

Your Content

You retain ownership of the original images you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of generating stencils.

Generated Stencils

You own the stencils generated from your images. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your original images do not infringe on third-party rights.

Our Rights

The Service, including its software, algorithms, and user interface, is owned by Stencil AI and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service require payment. By purchasing a subscription or credits:

  • •You agree to pay all applicable fees
  • •Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • •Subscription credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over — unused credits expire when your subscription renews
  • •Purchased credit packs (available to Pro subscribers) never expire and are used after subscription credits
  • •Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
  • •We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • •All payments are processed securely through third-party providers

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

  • •That the Service will meet your specific requirements
  • •That defects will be corrected immediately
  • •Availability during maintenance periods

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STENCIL AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stencil AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
