We offer a full refund on your first invoice if you are not satisfied with Stencil AI. You must request the refund within 30 days of the initial charge.
To prevent abuse of our high-cost GPU resources, refunds are subject to a Fair Use Limit. You are eligible for a full refund only if your Total Lifetime Usage is below the following thresholds:
If you have exceeded these limits, the subscription is considered "consumed" and is non-refundable.
Refunds are not available for renewal payments (2nd month onwards). We send a reminder email 5 days before any annual renewal. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you no longer wish to use the service.
If a refund is processed, the Commercial License for all images generated during that subscription period is immediately revoked. You must delete all downloaded files, and you may not legally use the designs for tattoo clients.
