• •Subscription Checkout Data: IP address and device fingerprint collected during new subscription checkout only for trial abuse prevention (hashed before storage, also stored in payment provider order metadata). Not collected for credit pack purchases.

• •Device Information: Browser type, device identifiers for analytics (only with your consent to Performance cookies)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

4. Studio Collaboration

When you join a studio as an artist or create your own studio, certain information becomes visible to other studio members to enable collaboration. By accepting a studio invitation, you consent to sharing the following information with other studio members:

• •Profile Information: Your name or nickname, email address, and avatar
• •Preferences: Your default stencil color, printer type, and shading style preferences
• •Activity: Your stencil generation activity, including when you generate or upscale stencils
• •Usage Statistics: Your credit allocation, credits used, and remaining credits
• •Status: Your membership status (active/pending), role, join date, and last active time

This information sharing is necessary to provide the studio collaboration features and is processed under legitimate interest for service provision. You can leave a studio at any time, which will remove your data from that studio's view.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes:

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy:

• •Uploaded images and stencils: Automatically deleted after 30 days
• •Trial abuse prevention data (hashed IP and fingerprint): Collected on subscription orders only. Retained in our database until you delete your account. Also stored in our payment provider's (Polar) order metadata as an immutable audit record. Not collected for credit pack purchases.
• •Account information: Retained until you delete your account
• •Country code: Cached locally in your browser only - not stored on our servers. Browser cache typically expires when cleared or after approximately 30 days.

When you delete your account, all associated data including trial abuse prevention records is permanently removed from our systems. Payment provider order metadata may be retained by the payment provider for legal/tax compliance purposes.

You have the right to:

8. Cookies and Tracking

• •Trial abuse prevention: During new subscription checkout only, we collect your IP address and device fingerprint to prevent trial abuse. This data is hashed before storage, stored in our database until account deletion, and included in payment provider order metadata. This is not collected for credit pack purchases or subscription upgrades/downgrades.
